There are large group events with speakers and music, sports (sand volleyball, ultimate frisbee, football, etc.), hayrides, paddle boats, canoes, spectacular scenery to explore, a coffee house with snacks and games, and bonfires (with S'mores, of course).The Details: COST: $25 for Freshmen. For others, $45 thru 9/5, $55 thru 9/15, $65 after that. If you’d like to pay with a credit card, please pay the full amount online because there are no credit/debit card machines or ATMs at Fall Getaway. Latecomers CAN STILL REGISTER onsite with cash or a check.FOOD: All of the meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, and some snacks at various time are included. You’ll need to eat before you arrive on Friday. If you're driving in from the north, Jefferson City is your last chance to get fast food. If you coming from the south, Rolla is your last chance.DIRECTIONS: If you’re a driver, please go to the camp website , and print the directions (it’s easy to miss a couple of turns). Phone service and GPS directions are unreliable in the area.RIDES: Rides will be coordinated at the end of the Cru meeting Thursday, 9/28. LODGING: There are roofs to sleep under; however, if you’d like to sleep in a tent, please make sure that you or a friend brings a tent (we won’t be providing any).
